This is a new exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor, working in one of the fastest growing social businesses in the UK.

This business creates choice for affordable financial products to the lowest 20% income households in the UK who are excluded by mainstream banks and lenders.

They are looking for someone who loves to get the best out of people and to support them in their current growth phase. As a standalone HR Role you will be working closely with all areas and levels of the business, responsible for delivering a first class HR service.

You will be excited about helping their people unlock their talents, enjoy rolling your sleeves up on a day to day basis to help them recruit the right people to grow the organisation and thrive on the challenges that an end to end HR role gives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting managers with people policy and process
- Ensuring we have the correct policies in place to support the business
- Co-ordination of the end to end recruitment process
- Supporting with the development and delivery of training

Their HQ is in Blackburn, Lancashire but there could be flexibility to work for part of the week in one of their other locations in Manchester or Merseyside.

They would love to hear from you if you are fully or partially CIPD qualified with some proven experience of working in HR.
