Our team runs a portfolio of strategic ventures within the Radiology healthcare specialty at Philips. These entrepreneurial enterprises are run as startups within our Integrated Radiology (IR) portfolio, with a mandate to design, develop, and deliver Minimal Viable Solutions in targeted growth segments. You will be a part of the core team within a new venture, and this position will report to the Leader of the Venture. The Senior Product Manager is the pivotal marketing role in the organization and drives creation execution of solutions (integrated combination of products and services) from idea to marketAre you a product marketeer who is bold enough to create and shape a rapidly evolving Radiology market?Is your core strength to synthesize customer pain points into new solution features?Are you always on the lookout for product-market fit?Are you comfortable making product features trade-offs, decisively?Are you adept at both product and services marketing?In this role, you have the opportunity to You will work as part of a small entrepreneurial team that is encouraged to take calculated business risks, make independent decisions, and pivot fast as neededYou will develop early customers to test and validate minimal viable productYou will lead market research activities and business model designsYou will develop the business cases to determine how Philips Radiology Solutions can create a long-term customer value proposition through innovative, break-through solutionsYou will align with development teams and UX design teams in the development and delivery of the solutionYou will be accountable for defining, launching and building, driving the release of profitable product solution platformsYou will work directly with engineering and other marketing business functions to ensure the products/solutions are developed to the feature and price specifications that each target market segment demandsYou will own the product roadmap from concept phase through development and launchYou create collateral, FAQs, docs, and presentations that can be leveraged by marketing, PR, sales/BD, executives, etc.You will be one of the leaders representing this venture at conferences and trade showsYou are responsible forBuilding a well-defined product backlog for a new solution offering in the Radiology spaceWork closely with Engineering and Architect teams to develop and release features withManaging product launch and integration activities with third party product partners as appropriateSuccessfully communicating product vision across targeted customer segment(s) and within PhilipsResponsible for product development, product release, product launch, and product lifecycle maintenance, as well as market segmentation and product and competitive strategyPartnering with the team to manage user experience design and align products with market needsTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience5+ years' experience with product requirements definition, value proposition creation and product marketingMBA with a technology or entrepreneurship concentration plus5+ years of relevant experience in a successful product management role; ideally in fast growth technology driven product environment with focus on customer interactions and customer feedback.Radiology, Healthcare IT background preferredStrong customer presenceEngineering or business degree preferredExperience in the application of complex health technology and/or data enabled Software-as-a-Service offeringsExpertise in customer segments and the national healthcare systems in which they work.
