This is positively embraced by all members of the school, creating an atmosphere of positivity and progress, tackling issues such as bullying and attendance.

Their latest Ofsted comments:
• Staff, parents and pupils praise the new leadership team. The new headteacher has already had an impact. She had identified weaknesses in the quality of teaching, progress has already improved in Key Stage 1.
• The new marking policy is enabling pupils to have a better understanding of how they have done and what they need to do to improve.
• Pupils spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is good. All aspects of British values are well promoted. The school celebrates its diversity.

To further improve, it was suggested that teachers need to plan work better atoned to all pupils, particularly the more able so this role would be perfect for a teacher that is strong in differentiated planning, and able to support every pupil in reaching their goals.

There is a clear ambition to improve to become a good school. As a result, they are looking to appoint someone that shares this vision.

The most important attribute for this role is passion, enthusiasm and motivation. This school welcomes applications from teachers with a range of experience and backgrounds, and is looking to find someone who shares their ethos and values, and wants to make a real difference to the pupils they teach.

If you feel that this role could be right for you, we are keen to discuss in further detail and arrange an initial meeting.
