Join the team and support the students of Birkenhead as an information, advice and guidance adviser.

An established further education provider is seeking a qualified individual who is passionate about delivering quality support to its learners. The right candidate will communicate with students in person or over the phone on a part time or full time basis (hours negotiable).

Role responsibilities

Providing specialist advice and guidance to students.

Reporting to senior management.

Networking with associated services.

Providing information/resources to help students make informed decisions.

The person & qualifications

Level 4 Information, Advice & Guidance qualification.

Experience delivering advice and guidance in a similar role.
