Location: Sale

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Our Client, a well established independent Financial Advisers, now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, professional Administrator to join their team. This is a proactive role which requires you to build and strengthen relationships both with office colleagues and with clients and introducers.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers a long term career path within the Financial Services industry.

On a day to day basis, the successful Candidate will ensure support for a team of Financial Advisers, act as an integral member of the team and to ensure that professionalism and excellent Client relationships are maintained at all times.

·Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Directors and all team colleagues

·Liaising with clients, providers, or suppliers and other staff

·Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

·Update the IFAs and the rest of the team with current activity to ensure a shared knowledge within the team

·Preparing valuations and files for client meetings

·Working with the team to research and prepare client files

·Check applications to ensure all necessary sections are completed appropriately

·Work to deadlines and tracking applications and requested information to ensure file completed in time

·Maintain confidentiality at all times on clients and business issues

·Developing improvements within the business - including pipeline chases, client communication and proactive diary management

·Submitting, checking and processing New Business applications

·Check paperwork and suitability of cases to a basic level

·Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

·Implementing excellent service levels to support the client proposition

·Managing client expectation and care to the highest levels possible

Requirements

·Previous experience working within an Financial Services Environment

·Enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated

·Have exceptional customer service skills

·Enjoy the responsibility of working as a key member of a small team

·Be able to work independently

·Have a willingness to muck-in

·Relish a challenge
