FINANCE ASSISTANT - SAXHAM - TEMP TO PERM - MON TO FRI - 8:30AM TO 5PM - £21,000 TO £23,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE - START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Our customer based on outskirts of Bury St Edmunds is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
You will be reporting to Financial Team Supervisor, assisting with finance reporting, invoicing, analysis and payroll.

Qualification and Minimum Requirement for Role
* Experience required working in a finance department and with some management reporting
Key Accountabilities - the job you do
Day to day Activities
Complete labour section of weekly site by site KPI's- Weekly
Draft weekly site by site P&L Flash Reports from KPI's- Weekly
Prepare and post monthly standard customer cost reallocations and analysis- Monthly
Prepare and post credit card and employee expenses analysis and coding- Monthly
Assist with preparation of open book customer P&L's and recalcs including OSB and recalc invoicing
Monthly
Prepare and maintain Monthly Payroll sheet from weekly timesheet summaries, COS, COD joiners and leavers forms- Weekly
Prepare payroll comparison report- Monthly
Prepare staff cost allocation analysis and journals- Monthly
Prepare customer staff numbers reports and reconciliations- Monthly
Prepare customer Sublet summary and reconcile- Monthly
Payroll control account reconciliations- Monthly
Assist with mobile phone funding claims and allocations- Ongoing
Assist with Electricity, Gas and Water contract renewals- Ongoing
Other weekly, monthly and Ad-hoc tasks as required- Ongoing
Reporting
* Involved in Weekly site by site Flash report P&L's
* Involved in Monthly customer Recalcs/P&L's
* Prepare monthly customer staff number, staff cost and sublet reports
Internal Relationships and Company Awareness
* Liaise with other team members, department managers and HR department
External relationships and Customer/Product Awareness
* Liaise with customers (and possibly suppliers and external payroll company)
* Sage 50 awareness (and sage payroll)
Planning and Time Scales
* Working to management accounts and payroll required timescales
