Hampton's are working in partnership with a National social care provider with exciting future growth plans to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Director to launch their new purpose - built complex needs service to in based in Hull.

You will then be expected to open and lead the home, to achieve a good CQC rating or above, this will then be handed over to your general manager after 1 year, moving towards your next project throughout other homes across the country with your expertise. The service provides care and support for people with Neuro, Physical Disabilities and Mental ill Health needs.

This is not your usual 9 - 5 role, it's a varied fast paced career move which will be extremely rewarding. From layering the first foundations the Director will lead on all commissioning of the Home as well as setting up and working to new budgets in order to maximise occupancy. You will be given the autonomy to implement your design, recruit your own team and pave the way to creating an outstanding rated service.

Our client is passionate about safeguarding and providing high quality care hence residents must be at the forefront of everything you do, you will be responsible for ensuring that you are making every day better and supporting service users to reach their full potential.

This position will report into the Senior Director of Operations.You will indirectly responsible for managing approx 30 staff.

Interested applicants must:
  • Demonstrate previous experience of successfully commissioning a new service or involvement significant change management
  • Demonstrate the ability to forge positive relationships with commissioners particularly in areas where you may not have previously worked
  • Have previous experience of rapid growth
  • Have the ability to lead, mentor inspire a team
  • Have experience of managing relationships with central functions and operations
  • Have previous Registered Management experience, preferably in the independent sector, working with younger adults.
  • Be up to date with current evidence -based practice with a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations

The Salary up to: £70,000 pa with the ability to earn 25% of your annual salary on achievement of KPI's
