B2B Business Development Manager

£18-£25k per annum DOE, plus commission & benefits

Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

NO COLD CALLING

Permanent, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

TM Resourcing are delighted to be working with a growing SaaS based technology business based in Huddersfield. They are looking to recruit a B2B Business Development Manager on a permanent basis.

No cold calling involved, you will be working from warm leads passed to you by the marketing team and you will use your natural strong communication and listening skills to understand the needs of the customer.

The role will involve:
  • Making outbound calls and responding to emails in a timely manner to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Making appointments for the field based Business Development Managers
  • Actively seeking to exceed expectations, looking for improvement and delivering within required timescales

What You'll Need:
  • Previous B2B telesales experience is desirable but not essential
  • A bright, enthusiastic and motivated personality with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • The ability to adapt your communication style to suit the customer
  • Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised
