An innovative software company based in the rural countryside near Wellingborough is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Support Administrator to provide technical support of their web and mobile eLearning applications.

The key duties will include:
  • Provide email & telephone support to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve issues where possible or escalate to a supervisor.
  • Manage a helpdesk log of queries and resolutions.
  • Follow procedures to maintain and update customer sites & applications.
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure they are kept up-to-date with support issues.

Good communication skills are required, including a polite, confident telephone manner & a high level of computer literacy. Previous experience in an IT role would be advantageous although not essential as training will be given.

The Helpdesk Support Administrator will work closely with the companies' development team to help test, maintain and improve the usability of applications. Any knowledge of web technologies would be beneficial.

Working hours 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary £14-15K dependant on experience (25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays)
