Job Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager is a part of the Operations Team and is responsible for delivering multi-disciplinary projects.

The Project Manager will manage all project finances to ensure all margin's are maintained and improved where possible. The Project Manager is responsible for all site Health and Safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Arrange and attend Internal Project Meetings, Lead meetings to progress projects effectively

* Agree and understand project objectives, financial, contractual, programme and quality are met.

* Able to project manage several projects at any one time, ensuring Site Managers manage daily site activities.

* Set clear project objectives

* Able to organise and manage the various subcontractors and internal operatives working on projects.

* Prepare and agree valuations, variations, contractors meetings & reports.

* Understand CDM requirements as principal contractor, ensuring Health & Safety is always maintained

* Produce, update and maintain the project programme of works, using IT or other systems to keep track on people progress and report to Operations Manager on a regular basis.

* Comply with the requirements of the Company Quality Management System.

Qualifications and Experience

* Relevant qualifications in project management or related discipline

* Knowledge and understanding of civils, structural and mechanical & electrical engineering.

* Experience of JCT and NEC contracting

* Experience of managing multiple projects.
