We are recruiting for our Clients Offices, Work Shops in areas such as
Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs areas.
Our Clients are currently seeking, to recruit experienced personnel for the following roles: -
CNC Programmer/Setter/Operators - Great Yarmouth area
Work to accommodate using CNC Machinery
Such as Mazak E670 & 500 multi axis machining centres 2 x VTC milling centres 300 & 800 an
2 x Quick-turn CNC lathes 350 & 450 all with Mazatrol controls.
The successful candidate will need at least 5 years' experience in the using this type of machinery within this type of engineering able to manufacture parts from drawings produce programmes and prove out.
The company works to cover the demands of the industry which means we are a 7 day a week support available with day and night services therefore the position is as and when demands dictate. Candidates not wanting to work out of normal hours or work weekends when required together with occasional call outs will not be suitable.
Perm or 3 month + roles
Salary Depending on Quals/Experience from £14 - 17 per hr
£30,000 - £34,000 + p.a
Quals = C&G, or NVQ 3 or HNC/HND Engineering or similar,
CNC Pogramming/Setting Mazatrol & Fanuc Controls
Ideally with Inspection, CMM experience
QC Engineers & Inspectors
Ensuring all materials used, have correct certification.
Components are machined to correct dimensions an tight tolerances
All checks are recorded.
Documentation is raised fro each machined item.
Perm or 3 month + roles
Salary Depending on Quals/Experience from £14 - 16 per hr £30,000 + p.a
Quals = HNC/HND Engineering or similar, Inspection, CMM experience
Coded Welders & Welder Fabs
Welding components using TIG & MIG to coded specs.
Also grinding an polishing
Quals = C&G or NVQ Welding ideally with current or proof of previous Weld Codings
Perm or 3 month + roles
Salary Depending on Quals/Experience £12 - £14 per hr
Trainee Pay Rates depending on quals/experience from £8 - 10 per hr
CNC Vertical Machinists & Borers
Using Boring Machines, to bore components.
Using Grinding Machines, to grind off small amounts off components.
Machining of components to drawings.
Working to tight tolerances.
Programming ideally plus Setting/Operating Machines
Checking finished components, meet strict QC specs
Using Siemens controls mainly, ideally with Fanuc or similar controls experience
Day Shift Pay = £15 + hr Night Shift = Basic Day Rate Plus Shift Allowance 1.33 x
CNC Turners Setter Operators -
Scope of Position:
To produce machined parts as required while maintaining standards of accuracy and finish.
To complete jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture parts to drawings using manual and / or CNC machine tools.
• Complete process cards with the appropriate following information.
Set and operate machines in a safe manner.
Use safety equipment such as machine guards where necessary.
Perform basic daily maintenance to machines e.g. cleaning, lubrication etc.
Maintain the work area in a tidy condition free from hazards.
Inform the machine shop supervisor of any requirements or issues such as tooling shortages or machine failure at the earliest opportunity.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Contribute to the attainment of departmental goals
• Participate in continuous improvement program.
Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts.
Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
High school education or equivalent
2 - 3 years experience in general machining or equivalent.

CNC Millers Setter Operators -
CNC Machining Operators
Working in a busy Machine Shop, loading CNC Machines,
with components.
Ensuring CNC Mills & Lathes, are operating & running smoothly.
Checking components as they are finished.
Moving pallets of finished components away from work areas, to
the QC Area.
Keeping Machinery & Work areas clean at all times.

Setter Ops £10.50 - £11.50 per hr plus shift allowance
Operators, £9 to 9.50 + hr plus shift allowance
Working week will include 40 basic hours, plus 6 + hours overtime,
which is paid at time & half. Plus if required Fri also worked as overtime !
Very good annual salaries from, with OTE £23,000 to £34,000 + P.A
Day Shift = (Apply online only) Mon - Fri 40 basic plus min 2.5 hours overtime
Often start work at 0600 as overtime
Manual Millers & Turners Setter Operators

Engineers & Technicians - Mechanical/Hydraulic Systems
Our Client are currently seeking to recruit Engineers / Technicians who will report to the Damper Shop Supervisor and assume responsibility for the building, servicing and testing of growing line of specialised dampers.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
As a Damper Assembly Technician you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing and servicing of the full range of dampers as well as a variety of other specialist suspension devices. These range from bespoke dampers made for our motorsport customers to the prototype and low volume road car dampers that underpin OEM programmes. You will be expected to maintain production logs and run specialist assembly and testing equipment. The role will include technical product support at the customerÂ's base, test site or race tracks around the world so you must be willing to travel, often at weekends.
Education and Experience:
Ideally a motorsport enthusiast with a college diploma or higher, with engineering qualifications, you are likely to have a great deal of experience in a similar or related position, either at an OEM or a team, and you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of hydraulic systems.
The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong mechanical/technical and organizational skills, and must be computer literate. Familiarity with CAD would be an advantage.

Basic Requirements:
Degree in engineering or equivalent, two years of experience working in or proven experience in
Testing.
To have good manual dexterity.
Basic Computer and keyboard skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and terminology.
The ability to work to the procedures and standards as set by
To work in a clean and tidy manner, keeping the work area in a clean and tidy condition.
To hold a current Passport and be able to travel as and when required by the company.
Ability to read, write and speak English, to a high level.;
Hours 8am Â- 515pm
Tea breaks 10:15-10:30am & 3:30-3:45PM
