Our client specialises in the management of Water and Fire boasting an enviable list of blue chip and household named clients across the UK. They aim to deliver the highest level of service to all our clients and consider themselves as market leaders in both Fire and Water safety.

They are now recruiting for a Legionella Technical Account Manager in London / South East.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers, build
relationships with them and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues
Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction
Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers' requirements
Keep track of key account metrics
Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
This role will form part of the Commercial Team, working closely with the delivery team and reporting to the Sales Director

Key requirements:
A proven track record of Technical Account Management in the water hygiene industry, such as
Legionella management or Authorising Engineer work in the healthcare industry
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders / projects
A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Provide technical input to the commercial team as required
Good time-management skills

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in the application of relevant legislation and technical guidance in the UK to manage and deliver water safety and will have:
A background with circa 5-10 years in water consultancy
Knowledge of legionella and other water pathogens, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Experience of risk assessment, both surveying systems and writing reports
Able to create products and services oriented around specific client's needs
Knowledge of the relevant regulations and technical guidance in respect of water hygiene
Degree qualified in a Life science degree or other similar qualification
Externally recognised Legionella training
Externally recognised health and safety training
