This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a forward thinking and leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical conditions, as well as specialised dementia care. This versatile service offers convalescent long-term nursing care and short-term respite visits depending on the need of each individual resident. The manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
