Compliance & Performance Administrator, Leicester LE1. Are you a professional, well-organised Administrator with a background in Supply Chain, Quality, Environmental or Health and Safety? As an Administrator here at Pick Everard, you'll become a key part of our business which has 13 UK offices, 500+ employees and over 150 years within the UK property market and play a vital role in supporting our highly regarded Compliance & Performance team.

This is a combined role to cover both the Compliance & Performance and Supply Chain administration activities. You will co-ordinate activities to support the team with all administrative functions to enable the seamless integration of Compliance and Performance (including Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health) and Supply Chain across the firm.

Your main duties / responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative support of the Business Management System (BMS) in order to comply with the requirements of the Firm's current and future certification.
  • Record information from customers and in-house systems which may inform changes to the BMS, procedures and work methods and practices.
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new suppliers on our in-house collaborative platform
  • Maintain the Approved Supplier List and co-ordinate with the Supply Chain to ensure correct certification is available and appropriate status of the supply chain member is up to date.
  • Create and distribute all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports in a timely manner and provide support where necessary.
  • Assist with Health & Safety administrative tasks where necessary.
  • Carry out administrative activities within our in-house collaborative platform including creating new users, issuing of new passwords, maintenance of passwords, managing leavers, and co-ordinate the further development of the platform.
  • Support the team with diary management, including organising travel arrangements, meeting room bookings etc.

About you:
  • This Administrator position would suit a professional, methodical and organised individual with strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • We are looking for a team player who also holds the ability to use their own initiative.
  • You will have excellent verbal / written communication and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and move between tasks efficiently is also very important.
  • You are likely to hold at least one year prior experience within a similar sort of position.
