Lexcel accredited firm in Kent requires a secretary/office manager for its renowned personal injury and clinical negligence team.

Reporting to the director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a successful team highly regarded for its personal injury and clinical negligence expertise.


- Dealing with client queries
- Preparing correspondence and documents by audio typing
- Opening and closing files
- Diary management
- Liaising with HR manager to arrange secretarial cover for holiday and sickness
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office and allocating and distributing work when necessary
- Liaising with the branch partner regarding health and safety and office maintenance
- Induction of new staff
- Regular reconciliation of petty cash

The Candidate

- Legal secretary or office manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting fee earners in personal injury/clinical negligence matters within a reputable firm
- Good audio typing skills using BigHand and Microsoft Office applications
- Taking a proactive approach, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
