Monarch Education have been presented with the opportunity to work alongside a reputable school in Gloucester whose recent Ofsted report was one of positivity. On behalf of the School we now have had a vacancy arise for a Key Stage 3 & 4 English Teacher to progress the learning and aid the development of their students. This role is permanent, but the school are flexible depending on what you are looking for.

As a English Teacher you will be responsible for:
  • Planning and delivering lessons to motivate and inspire learning across the classroom.
  • Accurately providing support and encouragement to aid student's progression.
  • Marking in accordance to school policies and provide feedback to students.
  • Having a flexible work approach to suit the School's needs.
  • Understanding individual students learning ability's and adapting to cater for all levels of academic comprehension.

To be successful in this role you must:
  • Have a recognised teaching qualification (QTS)
  • Previous experience of teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 students
  • Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupil's
  • Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work with a positive outlook in Education
  • Solid knowledge of the curriculum and assessment framework
