My Client, a respected firm of Accountants near Chorley, who specialise in Small to Medium size businesses, is looking to recruit for an experienced Practice Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Providing a full payroll service for a variety of clients

Communicating with HMRC on a regular basis keeping up to date with regulations.

Ensuring all information is inputted into the system in accordance to deadlines

Producing and distributing pay slips to external clients and on line payslips

Maintain a solid work ethic ensuring work is done correctly and not rushed.

Liaising with the managing partners providing updates when necessary

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally somebody who has a few years' experience in a Payroll Bureau Auto enrolment and CIS experience would be advantageous.

Hands on and proactive, able to handle big work loads

Punctual and excellent work ethic

Friendly personality and able to fit into a 'family environment'

Requirement: somebody who has used current Sage 50 software.
