We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of our prestigious client based in Halesowen. Our client specialises in the manufacturing of hand and power tools, however knowledge of this industry is not essential.
  • Day to day duties may include but not limited to -
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Filing invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Data entry
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers


The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid team working skills
  • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
  • Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and BACS
  • Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping
  • Ability to work to deadline

Hours of work - Monday - Friday Office hours.
Rate of pay - between £8.50 - £8.75 per hour.
