Departmental Overview
Every day is different within the Mortgage Distribution team - whether a first time buyer just starting out or a seasoned home mover; ultimately we are responsible for helping customers own their own home. We support the customer every step of the way from saving for a deposit, to owning their own home and beyond. If you enjoy making peoples dreams come true then this is the role for you. Role Summary

Our opening hours are 9am-8pm Monday to Friday & 9am-3pm Saturdays and you will have a 35 hour working week.

To give you the best possible start and every opportunity to succeed, full training will be provided in the vibrant city of Newcastle.

Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will be well looked after and buddied with one of our existing team. You will be the face of the society and first point of contact for customers wanting mortgage advice. You will be comfortable providing advice on a number of different mortgage types and be able to demonstrate solutions to fully protect our customers' homes and families.

Skills and Experience
You'll need to be a great with people through all channels; face to face, telephone and digital. You'll have experience that demonstrates your attention to detail and accuracy whilst focusing on customers. You'll have clear and concise written and spoken communications skills and you'll be someone who can think outside the box. For this opportunity, you'll have experience in providing mortgage advice whilst meeting all FCA/PRA requirements and be CeMAP qualified or equivalent

Our team works closely together ensuring we provide the best possible service for our customers. Contributing to common goals, you'll also be comfortable working independently whilst having support every step of the way.
