Well-established firm in Berkshire seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Employment Solicitor to join our client's busy office in Reading. The successful candidate will handle a caseload consisting of contentious and non-contentious matters, whilst having the exposure to more complex and high-value tribunal claims.

• Providing advice to clients
• Drafting a wide range of legal documentation
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the client
• Undertaking advocacy in tribunal
• Restructuring
• TUPE transfers
• Project management
• Billing
• Business development and networking

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of two up to five years' PQE
• Practical experience in employment law
• Holding a valid Law Society Practising Certificate is required
• Strong academic background (minimum of 2:1)
• Previous tribunal and advocacy experience is essential
• Time management and personal organisational skills are essential
• Excellent IT skills
