Hermes have an ever increasing portfolio of transformation projects, including a large scale cloud migration and internal system updates across both our Morley Head Office, our new Tech Hub in Leeds City Centre and our network of depots across the country.

Without robust and cutting edge technology behind us we will not be able to best service our customers, so we have invested over £55 million in transformation projects that will transform the way our clients interact with their customers.

To support the timely and efficient delivery of these projects, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Change team here in Morley. The change team are highly skilled, down to earth and offer a flexible and mature working environment to allow you to best deliver your projects.

Main duties of the role will include:

Building relationships with key stakeholders and business areas, to best deliver projects and understand as is vs to be.
Managing programme and project uncertainty, understanding impacts of this on programme/project and change deployment.
Challenging and influencing stakeholder where necessary, facilitating discussions around recommendations and suggesting solutions where possible.
Responsible for full governance and management of core project documentation as per the current change framework.
You will need to have a demonstrable track record delivering projects within an agile environment and advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies
