**Demand & Forecasting Manager - Permanent - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum +benefits - Leading Global Airline Organisation - Luton**
Advantage Resourcing are working closely with a global airline recruiting for an experienced Forecasting and Demand Manager to join their management team.

Key Responsibilities:
>Managing the overall forecast across all sites and all lines of business within the durations agreed in the contract with our current 3 suppliers
>Design and ensure efficient and timely cascading of forecasting numbers being supplied to the vendors
>Develop and improve the report highlighting the variance in forecast with reasons and the subsequent impact to the business
>To ensure that there is constant analysis of ongoing trends in comparison to forecasts.
>Determine fine tunes statistical forecast models in demand solutions.
>Analyse all historical evidence and facts in utilization with statistical methods and make changes to the forecast where necessary to be in line with trends
>Ensure creation and usage of tools which encourages the proper measurement of developed techniques.
>To support the individual process owners with their budgets through efficient forecast methods
>Administer all continuous improvements programs/initiatives from a forecasting perspective
>Support on any pre or post implementation of initiatives and the impact on forecast.
>To work with suppliers on all the forecasting related challenges and support them with timely and agreeable resolution
>Analyse and recommend enhancement for dissemination of forecast information and provide support to the suppliers
>Maintain and utilize all systems, data and support for creation, analysis and deliver forecasts efficiently

Ideal experience required for this role:
>In depth understanding of contact centre forecasting methodology and resource planning with proven experience in the role
>Ability to create the end to end forecast in excel
>Ability to work autonomously and within a team
>Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
>Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
>Excellent organizational and managerial skills with a problem-solving ability
>Experience in customer service and sales environment is required
