Are you a Major Incident Manager with experience in coordinating activities and following processes? Are you looking for your next 6 month contract ? Advantage Resourcing have an exciting opportunity as a Major Incident Manager for a large Defence organisation based in Preston.

The Major Incident Manager role will consist of
*Coordinating activities and following processes to deliver and manage major incidents
*Manage the delivery of service
*Ensuring that routine tasks such as SMS and written communications are sent, ITSM ticketing system and dashboards are updated and all relevant reports are completed.
*Completion of input to Daily, Weekly and Monthly service reviews and monthly contractual reporting.

The successful Major Incident Manager role will have experience/skills in
*The IT Industry from Enterprise perspective
*Confident communication & service excellence skills
*Broad knowledge of Customer organisation and priorities
*A service desk environment with team leader or management duties.
