Badenoch + Clark is currently supporting an Organisation across the Buckinghamshire area who are looking to recruit a service delivery manager for an initial period 6 months.

In this role you will be required to assess current processes within the service operations team and implement relevant changes on how to improve the current services.

Please see the below areas that require improvement:

Management Team Areas to improve.

• Introduction of SLA's / KPI's within the business

• Development of Service Desk and Self Service Portal

• Promotion of Service Desk and Self Service Portal

• Service meetings and review meetings with business leads

• Better reporting and monitoring of calls

• Introduction of Problem Management across the teams

• Review of current processes and introduction of ITIL framework where appropriate

• Scheduled Monthly reports business leads

Service Operations Team Areas to improve.

• Higher Quality data input,

• Problem management

• Reduction of outstanding calls

• Incident Management

• Staff Motivation and Monitoring Performance

• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies

• Standard Operating Procedures

• Better working or approach across the different teams.
