Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing digital signage team. You'll be playing a key part in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of clients as well as internal departments and experts across a diverse mix of briefs for many high profile international retailers. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of digital signage from a customer service perspective, working with our project management team to deliver projects of all kinds for our clients: from creative and insight through to purchasing and installing hardware, developing new software functionality, all the way through to post-installation support for new business wins or existing client migrations.

The perfect candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate their ability to project lead multiple projects across many stakeholders in a fast moving market, whilst being able to remain calm under pressure. In addition you will be strong at developing client relationships, picking up new briefs from clients as well as identifying new opportunities within each client, primarily for digital screens but also other channels.

We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end digital signage process and proven case studies of managing digital; campaigns. Whilst detailed technical support will be provided from our experts across the business, a good technical understanding of digital signage would be very advantageous in helping to provide a valued and consultative service at the point of initial discussion with new clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Developing client relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, IT, procurement and store design teams.

Taking new briefs from client, questioning and interpreting them to provide a detailed brief to the team at HQ

Scoping new briefs through visits to client offices or site locations in order to site survey and understand the strategic principles of each installation along with the ability to conduct a basic technical assessment.

Project lead implementation of new business wins for digital signage from a client's perspective.

Define and agree buy and sell prices for each client, working closely with the appropriate CSD or Head of Digital Signage.

Work closely with our client Project Management teams on insight, content strategy and scheduling with our dedicated multimedia and scheduling teams, paying close attention to proving the return on investment for digital screens.

Liaise with client Project Management teams on any desired new functionality required for any client.

Identify opportunities to grow each account through new business, cross selling additional services available through the company.

Proven track record of client management and account development.

Broad knowledge of digital signage trends and emerging technologies
