One of the key players in Europe you will be joining a company who pride themselves on the close partnership they have had with a number of start-ups who have since become established, key, members of the IT industry. As an IT Analyst you will be part of a team responsible for supporting and maintaining 250+ internal employees across the UK & I.

IT Analyst - Required Competencies:
3+ years' experience in an IT support role with helpdesk experience in an ITIL environment preferred as well as experience of;

* Active Directory
* Windows OS from XP to Windows 10
* Microsoft Office, 2013 and later
* Windows Server 2012R2 and later
* PC & Network troubleshooting
* Imaging and OS Deployment, WDS/MDT/WSUS
* Network devices e.g. APs, MFPs, Switches and Firewalls
* Enterprise AV, Security awareness and VPN's
* Smartphones and devices
* Apple Mac and iOS device support experience

You will also possess a Microsoft certifications (completed, not single exams) on Windows Server 2012+ or Windows 10. In addition you will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills within and without immediate teams as well as being self-motivated, strong interest in opportunities to learn and improve. Ability to work to tight deadlines and on own-initiative or effectively as part of a team will also be a key skill.

IT Analyst - Main Responsibilities:

* Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs
* Level 1 and level 2 incident and problem management for all UK&I based employees
* Procurement, maintenance and configuration of desktop and laptops
* Respond, evaluate and prioritise incoming IT Helpdesk requests from users in line with internal SLA
* Own and complete requests for hardware, software procurement, including system selection and warranty processing in accordance with user requirements and Group standards
* Create and maintain end-user accounts in Active Directory and other business applications as required
* Configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot end user telecommunications and network devices, hardware
* Create, maintain and update documentation pertaining to IT support procedures and processes
