Regional Financial Administration Manager

£43k plus bonus and benefits

Due to continued growth and expansion of our clients Advisor base, they are now looking for an experienced supervisor that can step into a newly created role, to help add greater support to their Paraplanners and Advisors. As the Financial Administration Manger, you will have day to day responsibility for a team of Financial Administrators, based over several regional offices. You will need to ensure work is distributed out efficiently and produced to both companies own exacting standards and is FCA compliant. You will need to revue current staff's skills and capabilities and put in place training programs to ensure any highlighted skills gaps are improved. Working closely with your team, you will need to build a genuine rapport with not only your staff, but also Paraplanners, Advisors and clients, enabling you and your team to provide the highest possible levels of service. This is an excellent role for someone that enjoys nurturing and developing staff and helping them to achieve personal goals and unlock their true potential. To be considered for this role, you will need to have worked within Financial Services for a number of years, and be fully conversant with FCA rules and regulations concerning a wide range of financial products. Also to have some previous staff supervisory or management exposure. It would be extremely advantageous to have completed or undertaken some of the professional qualifications associated with Financial Planning, such as the Certificate in Financial Planning or the CII Diploma qualifications. Fully study support will be offered, if you wish to purse either of these exams.
