My client is recruiting for a new role within the organisation - a Revenue Manager. You will be based either in their Head Office in Chesterfield (north) or at one of their service-based offices in Wellingborough, Stoke Mandeville or Sutton (London).

The post will involve some travel which we currently anticipate to be 2 times per month to attend external meetings and attend meetings with our managers.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the uplifts and maximization of income on existing service user placements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Systematically ensuring uplifts request are submitted are pursued annually.

·Systematically targeting and pursuing historic low fees in collaboration with a local management.

·Support contract negotiations and placements where funding doesn't match our costs.

·Ensuring the company have robust contractual framework and placement contracts in place.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

·Experience and understanding of finance within care the sector, specifically Local Authorities and CCG dynamics and funding.

·Understanding of the mechanics and delivery within registered care and supported living models.

·Fluent in Excel.

·Disciplined and organized self-starter capable of managing own work load and priorities.

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to have difficult conversation and build constructive partnerships.

·Commercially astute.

·Either a full driving license and own car, or ability to travel when needed
