Excellent role on offer for an experienced forces engineer to join a market leading company in a niche industry, where you will receive expert training and travel the world.

Do you have strong electrical and mechanical skills? Do you want training on PLC's and work on multimillion pound state of the art plants?

This business is the world leader in design, engineering and manufacturing of cryogenic plants. In addition to being the world leader in their own field, the company are part of a group which is also the world's largest industrial gas organisation. You will travel the world to work on high end technically interesting kit on multi million pound contracts.

They are well known for retaining and looking after their staff, and due to continued success they are currently recruiting a new engineer. The company are a medium sized business but have a tight knit family type environment, a great culture of learning, training, developing and where you can play a key part in the business success.

The position involves worldwide travel on a regular basis and the split will be 70% working away versus 30% at the office. As long as you have a strong mechanical and electrical skill set the company will train you to program and fault find on PLC's and give you software training. You will become a senior commissioning engineer able to install and commission plants worldwide on your own and be a technical specialist.

When hands on you will be work alone or in a small team to install, commission and service specialist equipment worldwide. This role will involve staying away from home regularly in exotic locations worldwide and across Europe. This will involve moving parts, water based components, temperature regulation equipment, air separation plant, control systems.

To be considered you must be a multi-skilled engineer, happy to stay away, do not apply if you are not. Ex-Forces engineers used to travel are encouraged to apply.

*£42,000 OTE £55k + All Expenses Paid + Expert Training + Pension + Healthcare + Excellent benefits

The person:

*Must have a strong mechanical and electrical skill set

*Must be comfortable staying away 70% of the time

*Must live in commutable distance to Aldershot
