Apprenticeship Programme Manager - Health and Adult Care - Surrey / London (Regional Role) - Up to £38,000 / Benefits.
The Role: Apprenticeship Programme Manager - Health and Adult Care
• You will be required to lead the planning and monitoring processes within the sector and be responsible for the performance management process of staff within the delivery of levels 2 - 5 in healthcare support and adult care programme.
• You will work with and lead other Internal Quality Assurers to ensure quality and consistency of quality assurance across qualifications within these areas.
• You will have a comprehensive induction and monthly supervisions with the Operations Manager and be part of a team, with opportunities to continue your own training and development.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Essential Requirements: Apprenticeship Programme Manager - Health and Adult Care
• Relevant vocational qualifications at level 3 or above
• A formal teaching qualification (PGCE, DTTLS)
• Assessment and Internal Verification / Quality Assurance Qualification; A1, CAVA, V1, IQA
• Knowledge and understanding of on-going developments within the field of assessment and verification and experience of new apprenticeship standards
• Full UK Driving licence

• Level 5 Management Qualification
