Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary) 4 months+.
Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
£13.00 per hour.

A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Oxfordshire are seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our friendly team.
Job Requirements:
- Covers purchase invoice matching for two companies at one site.
- Invoice matching done for two larger sites and electronically pulled across to accounting package,
- Invoice matching done for the smaller site and invoices entered on to accounting system,
- Supplier statement reconciliations. Responding to suppliers' queries, to be done in a timely manner,
- Other sundry purchase related functions to be covered,
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assist with month end accruals,
- Filing in a timely manner,
- Assist with payment runs where necessary,
- Assist with inter company reconciliations at month end,
- Resolution of queries in a timely manner,
- Ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.
To be considered for this position you will need to have previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience with a high volume of invoicing processing, be highly organised and have intermediate IT skills. Experience of Exchequer or Javelin would be an advantage but training is available.
Hours of Work;
Mon-Thurs 8-16:30
Friday 8-15:30
½ Lunch Break (unpaid)
