I am seeking a Payroll Senior for a large business on the outskirts of Peterborough. This role will offer long term progression and promotion. We are seeking a Payroll expert, you will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Bureau or Practice. Supporting a small portfolio, you will be someone who is able to take on the leadership of a medium team, working as the key point of contact to your clients. You will handle client specific enquires and requests, working with you team to meet service level deadlines.

Key skills required include;

Ability to manage and lead a team

To provide and lead by example regarding service, dealing with client queries and providing solutions

You will drive processes and ensure compliance in all areas

Able to provide analysis on trends and payroll reports

Present information to stakeholders both internal and external

Strong expertise in labour legislation

Able to adapt to change and deadlines with a positive approach
