We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Early Years Practitioner to manage our nursery. Seal CE Primary are in the process of merging with Seal Village Pre School and welcoming them into our school team. The nursery will be within the main school building when the new build is complete, and will have brand new facilities.

The school offers extensive CPD to staff and would aim to continue to develop the those within the nursery. Through the new merger, the children within the nursery would be given Forest School as part of their Early Years curriculum offer, along with the use of the school's technology, resources and facilities. This is a great opportunity for the right person to lead the nursery team into a new exciting era.

It is our vision that children within the nursery will have the best start to their education and that all staff have the highest of expectations, giving them the best experiences possible.

The right candidate will have experience of running a 'good' nursery provision and has a good understanding of how it is run and the implementation of Development Matters.
