Due to growth and acquisition, our clients based in Wellingborough are seeking a
Marketing Assistant
To work with them in this varied and interesting role.
Hours / days can be flexible and, dependant on salary requirements and experience, this can either be a full or part time opportunity.
I am seeking someone vibrant and passionate about marketing with clear organisational skills and a pro-active attitude who is able to work autonomously with little direction. This role will be admin-heavy and, once proven, the position has the capacity to grow in responsibility.
List of Potential Duties:
Market Research
* Creation, maintenance and dissemination of up to date sector data including competitor information, market size, tracked against economic indicators to supplement forecasting tools and support business decision making
* Prospect & customer research, creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of quantitative and qualitative information to support business development and business decision making
CSR
* Manage day to day administrative relationships with CSR partners to ensure we provide branding and other information on time and flag senior contact requirements.
Materials
* Ensure cost effective purchasing of appropriate promotional items, manage stock securely
* Manage stock of marketing collateral
Campaign Coordination
* Plan and coordinate implementation of specified marketing campaigns
* Source and ensure integrity of internal data for customer campaigns
* Ensure campaign measurement is reported on in a timely and accurate fashion
Cross Business Information Sourcing
* Work with all departments and locations to ensure all required marketing information for blog programme, newsletters and other activities is provided from a range of sources across the business in a timely fashion
Awards and events
* Co-ordinate effective implementation of ongoing WhatHouse sponsorship
* Identify, recommend and prepare entries for any suitable business awards
Intranet
* Maintain flow of news and business content on Intranet, liaising with departments and sites across the business
PR
* Building a database of forward features and editorial contacts in client sector specific media, flagging all opportunities to contribute industry leading content
