This is a unique opportunity to join an ethically conscious fashion jewellery design company that uses naturally sourced and environmentally friendly materials to produce highly acclaimed designs for the UK and international market.

Working closely with the Founder/Designer, you will play a key role in a small company that has built its reputation upon high quality products of outstanding design, excellent customer service and an approach to staff that gives a high degree of trust and autonomy and regard for their welfare.

Your key focus will be to coordinate the daily marketing, sales and operations activities of the business and to continue to build a loyal following of their designs through brand, retail and distributor marketing activities. There's also an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of launching and maintaining a brand-new online shop.

Through support and training, it is anticipated that this role will develop and involve the management of trade shows, giving the opportunity to travel to New York, Paris and Tokyo.

The Role
- Coordinating the manufacture of the goods ordered and their timely delivery (all goods are hand made to order and customers pay in advance of goods being delivered)
- Supporting and developing marketing both to existing and potential wholesale customers
- Developing marketing materials - photography, brochures, catalogues and innovative marketing strategies
- Identifying key customers and keeping them engaged; re-engaging with previous customers and contacting potential new customers
- Maintaining and developing the International price list
- Shipping wholesale orders to customers
- Supporting the development of administrative systems and IT infrastructure that facilitates smooth working across several sites.

About You
- Self-starter with a keen interest in jewellery design/fashion
- A background in retail and/or marketing - a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management is preferred but not essential
- Good balance of creativity, commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent English (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to work and tasks combined with initiative and drive to work on multiple projects
- Strong IT skills with the ability to set up and work with cloud-based systems
- Friendly and professional approach to customers
- Ability to speak another European language would be an advantage

If this sounds like you, then they would love to hear from you. Please apply by uploading your CV and telling them more about yourself.
