Service Department Manager

This business, established in 1972 is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage front of house and team of technicians servicing and repairing leisure vehicles. They are looking to immediately recruit a Leisure Vehicle Workshop Manager to join their team in their busy Service Department.

The successful candidate will be a confident, friendly and approachable person who will liaise with both staff and customers. Excellent Communication Skills, Excellent Customer Care Skills and Good Administration Ability is a must!

Main Duties:

- Dealing with the day to day running of the Service Department
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Booking in work via the diary and their system schedule
- Administering Technician Training Courses
- Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which help to contribute to the overall performance of your position and the business

- Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers
- Stability under pressure - reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to adapt to the companies needs in the way they deliver their service
- Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work

An element of manual handling of vehicles is required therefore a certain amount of physical fitness is required.

Uniform will be provided.
Hours of work - 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday

Salary Negotiable - £30000 to £37000 per annum depending on experience.
