Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a small friendly team. This company deals with planned and reactive maintenance.

Providing support to the Accounts Manager of a medium sized company carrying out the following duties:
  • Separating supplier Invoices for processing
  • Printing off & date stamping of invoices submitted & received via email
  • Printing invoices, downloading & saving engineers report sheets from suppliers own portals
  • Raising queries either with supplier invoices, missing paperwork etc. via email & telephone
  • Checking on receipt & status of outstanding invoices that have been chased for payment by suppliers
  • Raising, processing costs & issuing both single & batch invoices on TABS system to clients, further use of Excel spreadsheet to monitor margins
  • Inputting basic information into system for clients' Nominated Suppliers Invoices received, batching said information & submitting to clients
