Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Location: Wandsworth Road Station, London

Salary: £18,000.00 - £21,000.00/year

Hours: 8.30 - 4.30

A London-based Marble & Stonework Company require a hard-working and creative Marketing & Administrative Coordinator for their long-established and growing company. They are a leading natural stone supplier, manufacturer and installer, offering customers the highest quality stone products/services for their interior and exterior projects.

The responsibilities include promoting the business via effective social media marketing, website maintenance/SEO, and email campaign initiatives, as well as analysing their effectiveness through analytics. The position includes administrative duties, such as data entry of time sheets and handling delivery notes, amongst other tasks to support different functions of the company.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & Administrative Coordinator:
  • Maintaining the website and landing pages, ensuring they remain current and relevant
  • Copy-writing - writing creative, SEO-friendly material
  • Creating graphics and taking photographs in-house to generate eye-catching marketing communications
  • Performing SEO analysis and improving web presence
  • Creating vibrant email campaigns to existing and potential clients to generate new leads
  • Improving click through rates & conversions of email marketing campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness
  • Using various social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Google Analytics - Track email and digital campaigns using analytics or similar
  • Organizing events with clients to generate potential leads
  • Supporting the team through administrative activities such as data entry, handling couriers, archiving paperwork etc.
  • Completing delivery notes for our projects
  • Assisting the team with other tasks as needed

Requirements of the Marketing & Administrative Coordinator:
  • A minimum of 1 -2 years digital marketing experience
  • Willingness to perform administrative duties
  • Knowledge of branding and design
  • An up to date knowledge of SEO & commercial experience implementing SEO
  • An excellent understating of link building and keyword research
  • Ability to run reports via Google Analytics and monitor effectiveness of campaigns
  • The ability to write SEO optimized content
  • Excellent copy writing skills and practical experience of managing social media campaigns
  • Design skills with Photoshop to create web and email marketing collateral
  • Advanced levels of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and intermediate understanding of HTML.
