An opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking, friendly yet focused team within a rapidly growing software development company in Basildon, Essex.

The company provides Live Chat Software to a range of organisations, with an impressive client list including Harveys, Which?, UK Power Networks and multiple Local Authorities and Universities. The company offers excellent prospects for advancement, along with a profit share scheme.

They are looking for a skilled finance administrator who has experience within a finance department, including purchase and sales ledger, payroll and reporting. This role will take total ownership and responsibility for finance, reporting directly to the directors.

The Role
- Invoicing, Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, Payroll and VAT using Clearbooks
- Credit Control, Direct Debit Management and Supplier Management.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Skills:
- A highly motivated, confident and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent telephone manner, friendly and professional
- Administrative skills with computer literacy (MS Office)
- Analytical and Organised
- Experience within a finance office environment

This role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with more hours available/expected as required. Salary: £17,000.00 to £21,500.00 /year
