What's the job?

This job sits within our Partner Services team and will see you work with our education partners throughout your region. Your main purpose in this role will be to define, prepare and deliver Information and Guidance (I&G) on Student Finance services in order to equip guidance partners to support students with accurate information and guidance. You will resolve queries from our partners and you will achieve a consistent, accurate, clear and complete service in fulfilling partners' needs for information and resources. You will have the opportunity to evaluate the deliver activity by partners in your defined regional area in line with student finance needs, and you will implement solutions to extend or enhance delivery in your region. You will work predominantly from your home, based in the Merseyside, Cheshire or North Wales area to facilitate easy and frequent travel throughout your region to meet with our partners and your SLC colleagues.

How do I apply?

You will have expert level knowledge of eligibility, entitlement, rules and product features of all HE and FE products in England & Wales, including DSA. You will also have excellent planning and organisational skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, plus experience of working in an Education, Local Authority or other Public Sector organisation.
