Job description:

Support SSC in Customer Masterdata with new & existing Customers

Drive the detail and analysis work for the Annual Risk Assessment

Support Credit Manager in Risk Management

Management of Bad Debt & Internal Accounts

Support Manager with Primary & Secondary Credit Insurance Management

Support Manager with 5 Pillars forecasting & meetings

Support Local Team in Masterdata requests

Manage Local Filing of T&C's, ROT

Run Daily Reports to Support the Local Market - Ageing, Held Orders, Exposure

Run Monthly SOX Reports for Manager approval

Articulate LM Review of TP Accounts £1m

Support SSC in SAP by overseeing & providing Customer Masterdata maintenance

Support LM in SAP by investigating CMD options to manage business requirements

Monitor Credit Insurance changes, liaising with Broker and Credit Manager on any risks

Track Credit Insurance Cover to ensure alignment in SAP

Support Credit Manager with Factoring

Support SSC & Local Credit Team with Payment Plan Management

Manage Internal Accounts - Raising Invoices and pursuing Payment to 3rd Party Clients

Manage Portfolio of Bad Debt Accounts

Support Credit Manager in 5 Pillars analysis and meetings

Support Manager on updating SFI tracker monthly and communicating to business

Late Payers List management for SME business

Held Order Management

Cash Forecast creation and maintenance

Additional Duties:

Business Support with Current Projects
SOX & Credit Policy Compliance
Audit Support
Ad hoc Support to Manager to manage Business Requirements
Assist SSC with any Payment identification required
Batching and scanning of cheques to SSC and Security
Work in line with department & company targets

Systems / Tools Used:

SAP, POD, CRM Alchemy, Excel, Google, Unique Portal, CreditSafe, Coface, Atradius

Requirements:

Attention to detail/accuracy essential

Organisation, planning and project management

Experience and knowledge of credit control procedures and discipline

Strong communicator both written and verbal

Stakeholder management

Excellent team player
