Our client is an ever growing multinational telco who seek to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role will sit within the EMEA HQ in Reading and would suit a progressive commercially astute qualified accountant. The role will develop into managing a team within 18 months.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing Sales and FP&A management with interpretive and predictive financial information to make business performance assessments. Make recommendations based on results to drive improvement as required.
  • Prepare monthly revenue forecast commentaries and assist Sales MD in the preparation of monthly Business Operations Performance Reviews with Senior EMEA / International Management.
  • Review monthly performance of Sales staff D and advise on territory management/ customer assignments and quota (sales/revenue) target implications.
  • rack revenue improvement initiatives from lead indicator to financial results.
  • Challenge Return on Investment through focus on resourcing models & costs.
  • Advise, prepare and make recommendations for business cases.
  • Design, implement and continually improve business performance reports provided to Senior Management.
  • Be involved in the design, maintenance and communication of metrics and scorecards used for performance reporting.
  • Drive and manage the development, distribution and review of the plan for branch/country within Global Planning Process.
  • Lead annual sales and revenue planning cycle, targets-setting, in strong collaboration with Regional Sales leadership/management and interlock with International/EMEA Business Plan.
  • Drive transparency and predictability through Integrated Business Planning approach and mind-set: key revenue drivers include funnel, conversion rates, sales bookings, productivity, product performance and roll-out/availability, churn rates, pricing pressures.
  • Lead weekly/monthly sales/revenue forecast review with Sales, Service and Global Operations teams and Management, and prepare and submit monthly revenue forecasts for each region, ensuring full understanding of drivers for month on month change, gap to plan and customer trends.
  • Ensure review and alignment of top customer revenue forecasts with Global Operations rollout/implementation plans.
  • Prepare monthly revenue forecast slides decks and commentaries and review monthly forecast and variance analysis in preparation for monthly business reviews with Sales market Vice President, EMEA CFO and Senior Management.

A salary of £60,000-£70,000 is on offer plus bonus and great benefits.
