Salary: basic: £17,500 but total earnings expected £25,000- £30,000 with bonus and commission (uncapped structure)

About You

The Role

* Calling cold leads to meet and exceed sales targets set via individual KPI's e.g. revenue target, number of calls per day, number of appointments made per week

* Manage the sales process from lead generation, negotiating and closing deals

* Ensure all client correspondence for email and telephone calls (in and out bound) are handled in a timely and professional manner

* Ensure all leads and sales pipeline is updated in CRM to show a true reflection of the sales stage.

* During downtime, undertake research to generate and establish new business leads

* Provide effective communication with new clients to ensure full understanding of how to use the system and maintain relationships for further upsell opportunities and to have the best chance at securing the business for a further term at renewal

* Work closely with client management teams where applicable to ensure all client details and requirements are understood and managed

* Suggest ideas for new marketing campaigns to drive further new business

* Work closely with the rest of the sales team to identify lead generation for new business opportunities

* Attend a weekly sales meeting to review the company sales target and actual performance while providing an update on your own sales activity in the last week

* Provide accurate pipeline information using CRM and work with line manager to forecast future business

* Using CRM, keep accurate and up to date records of achieved sales and submit a monthly commission form in line

* Liaise with finance when invoicing clients and to check if Customers have paid in a timely manner

* Attend industry led events as and when required

* Self-manage your day to day admin and management tasks

The Person

* Experiences within a phone-based Business-to-Business sales role

* Excellent phone manners, impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

* Pro-active, business-oriented and a positive can-do attitude

* Strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail

* Solid computer literacy and preferably experience with CRM
