A position has become available with this company for an accounts administrator/book-keeper. The main job role will involve the use of Sage 50 Accounts to process the book-keeping.

This will include raising and entering sales invoices, chasing overdue customer balances, entering and paying purchase invoices, calculating the weekly wages and sending to the external accountants, entering journals and reconciling the bank on a daily basis. The job will also involve other office duties such as taking telephone calls and messages and other ad hoc office tasks.

Suitability: The position would ideally suit someone with past office experience and someone who is proficient with Sage and has upheld an accounts role in the past. Microsoft Office experience will also be required.

Terms: Three month trial period followed by a full time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week. The ideal hours would be 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Competitive remuneration package offered which will be commensurate with experience.

Location: This company is based in the Oldbury area. Parking is available on site.

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
