This is a consultative role making current clients aware of our full suite of digital products and services. No cold calling

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic customer focussed individual with a successful background of achieving sales and revenue targets, ideally in the technology sector.

We are an award-winning eCommerce business with a fascinating history and exciting future. We deliver eCommerce solutions to a wide range of businesses and have a well-established base of 800 customers in the UK transacting £300 million per year through our customer websites. To date our customers have transacted over £11 Billion using our end-to-end eCommerce trading solutions.

You will be joining a team of experienced techies, passionate about eCommerce and providing excellent service to these customers.

As part of a small team, there is requirement to be flexible and proactive and to take personal responsibility for success - rewarded by great potential for personal development.

The Sales Account Executive Role

As Account Executive you will support the business with achievement of sales revenue and lead generation targets from both technical services and eCommerce projects primarily focussed on our existing well-established customer base.

Responsibilities include:

+ Engaging with customers and truly understanding their needs and requirements
+ Building and maintaining strong and effective customer relationships by creating partnerships
+ Identifying and acting on technical service sales opportunities within the customer base
+ Generating new sales and accounts / Supporting specific sales campaigns
+ Ensuring the Company’s CRM system is up to date
+ Developing skills for selling ecommerce projects and account managing their delivery, working closely with Project / Delivery managers 

Experience:

To be successful you will ideally have experience of, or a keen interest in the digital space. You will possess exceptional communication skills and be a natural relationship builder, confident liaising with customers and internal and external providers. You will have a demonstrable track record of achieving sales / revenue targets ideally in the technology sector. 

You will be a quick learner who places importance on self-development and have a can do will do attitude with a desire for success. You will have good business sense, strong IT skills and be organised and efficient. Familiarity with Salesforce will be an advantage

It is essential that you are comfortable working in a small business and fast paced environment. 

Remuneration and Benefits:

+ £25,000 Basic (£27,000 OTE)
+ 25 days holiday
+ 37.5 hours per week (9am to 5.30pm)
+ Pension scheme
+ Contribution to gym membership
