This is an opportunity to join an independent professional administered family office platform. They coordinate and structure the personal affairs of ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI's) and their families, acting as a single point of contact for all their clients.

The role of the PA is to support the day to day operations of the CEO. Due to the nature of work, it is imperative that the PA is without ego, able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a willingness to become involved in all aspects of the business.

- Supporting the CEO with all client needs and requests to an exceptionally high standard
- Assisting with creating legal documents and ensuring all information is correct
- Regularly communicating with UHNWI's both in the UK and internationally
- Taking highly detailed and effective meeting minutes
- Responding to all queries from existing clients and new prospects on the behalf of the CEO
- Assisting with producing presentations, business tenders and proposals
- Proactively managing the office by meeting and greeting visitors, answering and dealing with telephone calls etc.

Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience of working as a PA - experience within a legal environment is beneficial
- Extensive and up to date knowledge of London and its surrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Extremely professional and presentable with a strong ability to interact and communicate with UHNWI's
- Ability to remain calm and think logically in challenging and diverse situations
- Ability to be discreet and act in a confidential manner when necessary
- Proficiency in PC operating systems (Word / Excel / Outlook)

Special/ other requirements
- Ability to travel as required
- As they are a small team, from time to time you may be required to carry out reasonable and relevant tasks that fall outside of your positions remit
- Within reason, you may be required to work outside of your standard contracted hours to meet the needs of the business
- As part of your ongoing development, you may be required to undertake training in order to meet the requirements of your role

£30-£35k per annum + performance related bonus
