With over £55 million being invested into IT, we have recognized the need to expand our Service Transition Management team, to work in parallel with Project/Programme Managers and support the delivery of large scale transformation programmes.

We've made great headway building the team, with two out of the three new vacancies filled and the new recruits enjoying their stimulating new role, so we are looking for another Service Transition Manager here at our Morley head office.

Acting as an ambassador for IT Services, you will forge strong relationships across the Business and with live support teams to ensure what is being delivered is fit for purpose and has a robust support structure in place for go-live.

You will have an understanding of the service elements of a contract and be able to amend and negotiate on the service elements to ensure the contract meets the requirements for the service being delivered.

We need someone who does not rely on "tick lists" but is a lateral thinker with drive and who is able to influence based upon their wide understanding of service principles. The role is very varied and busy, but you will be working in a friendly culture where people are passionate about what they do.
