This company is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their talented and enthusiastic team.

They are a successful and expanding digital healthcare company; developing innovative marketing solutions for large and medium sized Pharmaceutical companies.

The right candidate will able to work on their own initiative and enjoy keeping on top of admin and will be responsible for making sure the office runs like clockwork!

Day to day tasks

- General Office Administration
- Office supply management - IT equipment and office supplies
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Holiday calender administration
- Maintaining company policy documents
- Interact with and support the directors to carry out their requests
- Ensuring administration for new employees is completed correctly
- Organising company calendar and social events

Essential skills:

- Practical working knowledge of all Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Great communication skills - telephone and written
- Some experience with Purchase and Sales Invoices
- Quick to pick up new software and being able to adapt to change
- Proven organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and high standards
- 'Can do' attitude with the ability to turn your hand to anything

Location: Twyford, near Reading
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
