We are looking for new members to join its ranks as it gears up for a busy year ahead. You will be instrumental in the delivery and execution of various events across a wide-ranging portfolio of different clients and sectors.

You will be responsible for:
- Interviewing multiple candidates for a variety of roles nationwide
- Ensuring a high standard of candidates are being booked for campaigns
- Creating profiles for the staff members to showcase the talent for clients to review
- Building and maintaining relationships with field staff
- Managing a proportion itineraries of team members across all campaigns
- Documenting all financial agreements with team members
- Maintaining and updating the staff database
- Thoroughly briefing team members in the field on their roles and events
- Document team members performance and be proactive in communicating performance findings

Non-essential but advantageous:
- Experience in an office environment
- Call centre experience or similar
- Experience working within the events industry
- Basic understanding of Experiential Marketing
- University Educated

Pre-requisites:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised
- Proven ability to work to targets
- Brilliant at building professional working relationships
- Experience interviewing potential candidates
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience working within a team structure
