Quest Employment are recruiting for a Third-Party Impact Claims Handler for a motor claims company based in Northampton

Department: Motor/Operations

Role Description: To manage and settle third party impact claims and provide an excellent service to all clients and customers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Negotiate and settle portfolio of third party impact claims.

• Understands the weekly/monthly targets of the team and how this affects overall financial performance of the company.

• Deal with complaints in accordance with company complaints policy.

• Actively seeks to develop oneself and takes responsibility for own training and development.

• Has knowledge and a clear understanding of company policies and procedures.

• Have a positive attitude to changes and business development.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Core 9-5.30)

Salary: £ dependant on experience

Qualifications and Experience:
  • · Candidates require GCSE's or equivalent
  • · Good working knowledge of all operations systems and ACCESS 3.
  • · Good negotiation skills
  • · Customer Service Skills
